When is the clinic open?

The clinic opens at 9am, Monday to Saturday. We stay open late every Tuesday & Thursday night.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to come & see any of our therapists, but in some instances, you may be eligible for a medicare rebate for some treatments. If you have a chronic medical condition, please speak to your GP about the rebates available to you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card and also offer HICPAS facilities. We do not offer accounts.

Can I claim on my Private Health Insurance?

Absolutely. We have HICAPS facilities so you can claim on the spot, and only pay the gap. Check here to see if your health fund participates….

Where do I park?

There is parking available directly in front of the clinic. There is also parking available behind the building.

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes, you can, with at least 12 hours notice by phone or email. The clinic has a message service 24 hours per day where you can leave your details. You will be given a reminder via text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. If you change or cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, you will incur a 50% fee. If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
